FT Customer Care Specialist - Work from Home for Online Retailer 

LifeSupply, a Canadian online retailer of home medical equipment, is hiring a customer care specialist who can assimilate to the dynamic environment and provide the required leadership to expand the company's customer base. The ideal candidate will work from his/her home office, and will have to be passionate about helping seniors, patients, caregivers, and medical professionals. The position entails customer support (via chat, email and phone) with product inquiries, order fulfillment, tracking information, external communication with suppliers, follow ups, etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in account management, customer care, customer service
  • Successful track record securing customers' trust, interacting with challenging cases, converting leads in sales opportunities, closing sales, building relationships, and retaining customers 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, and passionate about helping seniors, patients, caregivers, medical professionals
  • Experience in the implementation and requirements behind sophisticated customer care processes and systems
  • Technical know-how and experience managing questions and inquiries from not only calls and emails, but also from social media channels
  • Ability to analyze and report challenging customer queries with the ability to research online and follow up with supply partners and manufacturers
  • Willingness to learn about the health care industry, home medical equipment and ways to address customers' points of pain
  • Must be innovative and have an entrepreneurial style and high energy with a desire to support customers, provide value, and find solutions to customers' needs
  • Must be organized, have a "cool, calm and collected" approach to issues, and have solid leadership skills
  • Must be able to communicate verbally, in written form
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in the use of Internet, email, chat, MS Word, MS Excel, and online CRM tools
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (Knowledge of a second language is an asset)
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associates Degree required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
